Your Life!
It helps me to coach you when I have some background information. This should be very brief (I do not need a full CV)
I am interested in what has brought you to where you are right now and has helped to shape you into the person that you are today. Include events and people that have had a significant impact – both negative and positive. Mention your biggest regrets, recurring themes in your life and any dreams and ambitions that you have had when you were younger.

- THE IDEAL VERSUS THE ACTUAL
Imagine yourself living your ideal life:
Where are you?
Who are you with?
What do you see yourself doing?
What can you hear around you
How are you feeling?
If you are somewhere that engages your senses of smell and taste, what are you aware of?
Now apply these same questions to your actual life:
Wheel of Life
How Balanced is Your Wheel?
Instructions:
Before you fill in the wheel, you can rename sections to match the important areas of your life. You may also choose to split one or two sections or add one or two sections of your own. For example, many people prefer to divide “Friends & Family” into two wedges.
The centre of the wheel is 0, and the outer edge of the wheel is 10. Rank your level of satisfaction with each life area by drawing a cross at the number that represents your level of satisfaction. A ‘0’ means you are not satisfied at all with an area right now; A ‘10’ means everything in that area is absolutely perfect for you right now.
